Return & Exchange Policy

At MOACHAL, we’re committed to delivering quality pieces that empower your wardrobe. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a seamless return process designed to keep things effortless and stress-free—with policies built to protect both our customers and our brand.

In line with leading global fashion brands such as Meshki and SKIMS, our policy reflects a modern approach to luxury returns.

Eligibility Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Requirements for Return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Items must be free from makeup stains, fragrances, pet hair, and signs of wear.

  • Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are final sale for hygiene purposes.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale, promotional, or discounted items (including sitewide discounts)

  • Bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, or shapewear

  • Gift cards

Return Process:

  • Submit your return request through our online portal.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label.

Store Credit Only: Approved returns will be issued in the form of a MOACHAL eGift Card for store credit. This credit does not expire and can be used across future collections.

Damaged/Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos.

Exchanges: Due to high demand and limited stock, we do not offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning your item for store credit and placing a new order.

Shipping Errors & Refusals: Refused or undeliverable packages will be restocked and issued store credit minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

Fraud Protection & Returns Abuse: We reserve the right to limit or deny returns suspected of abuse. Each return is monitored to ensure fair and consistent practices.
