1. What is your return policy? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original condition. For hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, and final sale items cannot be returned. Read our full Return Policy.
2. When will my order ship? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your package ships with tracking details included.
3. How long does shipping take? Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days after your order is processed. Times may vary during holidays or sales events.
4. Do you ship internationally? Not at this time — but international shipping is coming soon. Stay subscribed to be the first to know.
5. How do I know what size to order? We recommend reviewing our Size Guide on each product page. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
6. Do you offer exchanges? We do not offer direct exchanges due to limited inventory. We recommend returning the item for store credit and placing a new order.
7. My item arrived damaged. What should I do? Please email support@moachal.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll make it right.
8. Can I cancel or change my order? Orders are processed quickly, so we can't guarantee cancellations or changes once submitted. Please reach out to our team immediately at support@moachal.com.
